Pangea Biological conducts biological and aquatic surveys, as well as constituent (client, construction representative, and planner) coordination for gas, electric, and renewable energy projects on an on-call basis. Additionally, Pangea completes comprehensive reviews of all technical and permitting documentation in support of and in compliance with CEQA, NEPA, the U.S. Marine Corps, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the U.S. Forest Service.
